  • Q: How much will my tree service cost?
    A: Every job is unique due to accessibility, job size, structures, and landscaping. Contact us for a free quote.
  • Q: Do I need to be present when the estimate is given?
    A: No, as long as we are given enough details of the tree and factors involving access and removal. However, to avoid any miscommunication, it is best that you or someone responsible can be present when we conduct the estimate.
  • Q: How, and when do I pay?
    A: We accept Cash, Checks, and all major credit cards (such as VISA, Discover, MasterCard, American Express, etc.). Payment is due at the conclusion of all work.
  • Q: Are you able to spray trees for insects or other diseases?
    A: Unfortunately, no, we do not offer that service.
  • Q: Will you leave marks in my yard?
    A: If a tree is only accessible through a yard, we use ground protection mats if requested by customer.
  • Q: Is Ontario Tree, Inc. insured?
    A: Yes. We are insured to protect you, and your property of any damages that may arise during the course of the project. We can provide you a certificate of insurance upon request.
  • Q: Will there be any debris left behind after a stump removal?
    A: Stump grindings will be left on site unless specified in agreement. We can remove all grindings and restore to proper grade using topsoil, and prep for grass seed.
